  • How long does a delivery take?

    We aim to process orders on the day we receive them.

    DPD are our delivery partner for the UK and we offer a weekday next day delivery service as standard (excludes Highlands and Islands).

  • Is there a minimum order?

    Yes. Our minimum order for orders within the UK Mainland is £100 excl VAT. Orders over £100 are carriage paid.

    Any order under £100 will be charged carriage at £5.00 + VAT within the UK Mainland.

    The minimum order value for customers in Europe is £250.00.

  • Can I give feedback on your website?

    Yes, absolutely; your feedback will be used to help improve our site. If you require a response about an order or query or would like to give feedback about any other part of our service, please contact our office, or use the form in the contact us page.

    The questions should only take a minute or two to help us direct your feedback to the right place.

  • How much is carriage?

    Standard carriage within the UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands is charged at £5.00 excl VAT.

    Orders over £100 are carriage paid.

    For European customers, carriage is £25.00 for orders under £250 and £10.00 for orders over £250. Please contact the office to discuss delivery terms as a result of Brexit.

  • Are prices shown including VAT?

    All prices shown on the website are Net and therefore before VAT. For UK customers, VAT will be calculated and applied to your basket.

  • Do you supply the public?

    As we are a wholesale business we only supply trade customers. If you are a member of the public and would like to buy our products we are happy to offer suggestions of a retailer who may be able to help. Please call our office for further details.

  • Do you supply to Northern Ireland and Europe?

    Yes, we do. As a result of Brexit you will need to let us know your EORI number in order for us to send goods.

  • Why can’t I see prices on your website?

    In order to see pricing you need to be a registered customer. Use your username and password to login to the website to access details about your account and product pricing.

  • How do I return products?

    We accept that sometimes wrong items get ordered or it’s not what you want, and we also make mistakes. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can make arrangements to swap incorrect products or raise a credit/ refund. Please note that products must be returned in a suitable condition for resale ie unused and in their original condition and packaging.

    While we take care in checking we send perfect goods and packing your order well, sometimes things do get damaged in transit. If a product is damaged or faulty, please call us so that we can take this further.

  • Do you do Cash and Carry?

    Yes, we are open for Cash and Carry, Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 16:00. You don‘t need to make an appointment, but please sign in on arrival and say hello so we know you’re here.

    We are happy to show you what’s where if it’s your first time visiting, but otherwise, you’ll be able to shop at leisure. Our picking team will be working in the warehouse to fulfil other customer's orders, but we are here to help you find things if you need it.
