We aim to process orders on the day we receive them. DPD are our deliver partner for the UK and we offer a weekday next day delivery service as standard (excludes Highlands and Islands).
If we have your correct contact details you should receive notification of when your delivery is due, and on the day of delivery you should get notification of the one-hour delivery window. Through the DPD App or website you will have options to amend the delivery details to suit you.
