Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our website at your leisure. Then click the 'Buy Now' button. Click the ‘Shopping Basket’ link (top right) so we can ask a few details to satisfy the order. We accept most credit and debit cards but not American Express or Electron.
Delivery
We offer next day national distribution (except Highlands and Islands) on our stock ranges and have a 15-strong sales force covering the whole country.
Cash and Carry
Trade customers are welcome to visit our warehouse where we offer self selection cash and carry facilities. Please note that there is a minimum purchase of £100. Access is very easy from the M1/M62 or from the Leeds Inner and Outer Ring Roads. We have parking adjacent to the warehouse which is open Mon-Fri 9.00-4.30.

There is a minimum purchase of £100. This will be delivered carriage paid.
Discounts
Account customers' discounts are regarded as settlement discounts and are available only for prompt payment.
Payment Terms
Normal monthly terms to the 10th or 20th are less 2.5%, otherwise strictly net. We also accept payment by Visa/Switch cards.

Carriage
Orders over £100 net are delivered carriage paid except where separately noted ie wool.
Claims
No claims allowed unless made within 7 days of invoice date. No returns without prior authority.
Conditions of sale
Subject to the company's Conditions of Sale (available on request). Please note in particlar Clause 6: Goods remain the property of the Vendor until all monies outstanding are paid in full.

Security at Habico Ltd is taken very seriously. All personal details including payment are processed on the very latest secure server using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture. Your credit card details cannot be read or tampered with during transmission.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30-day no quibble guarantee. Please contact us if you would like to return a product. Goods must be be in their original packaging and be unopened. Once we have recieved and checked them, your card will be credited. We regret that any carriage costs cannot be credited.
